A
COUPLE OF REMINDERS

you are expecting guests, and you come up to the gate to let
them in with your gate card, they must still have a hangtag
pass on the mirror of their car.

must be out by 12:00.

any combustible materials and with no tree branches hanging under
ten feet.

WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BURN IF YOU RECEIVE A NOTICE UNTIL THE FIRE
PIT IS CORRECTED.
If
you have been thinking about selling your site, now is the time
to start acting on it. We are now accepting listings to show property
in the park, through the brokership of James A. Cameron. If you
would like information on listing with us or would like to check
out our current listings please go to our Real

BOAT
/ TRAILER / RV STORAGE AREA CHANGE
In an effort to address ongoing problems securing space for
boat and trailer parking the Board and Management have restructured
the back storage area to make the most efficient use of the very
limited space in the rear of the park and within the park. This
change in use of this area was voted on and approved by the Association
at the September 2004 Annual Meeting. We are asking everyone's cooperation
to make the best use of space for the benefit of all. Please see
the notice and
map which has been given out and also put in
the Association Newsletter.
Please
contact management with any questions.
BUILDING PERMITS & PROCESS
Applications
for building permits close on October 15th of each year. They will
not be issued until May 15th each year. Permits must be obtained
from the office and will not be sent. Building can begin with an
approved permit between April 15th and November 15th.
Before
taking on any building, remodeling, site alterations, new park model
projects, etc., please make sure you have all the necessary permits.
Although the Registration Office is a central location to obtain
permits and drop them off for review by the TPP Building Permit
Committee, it is the Building Committee's responsibility for overseeing,
reviewing and signing off on them. It is this committee who is responsible
for advising owners as to what is required. The unit owner is ultimately
responsible for making sure they have all the proper documents before
building. It is not the responsibility of the Building Permit Committee,
the Management Company nor the Contractors to get your permits to
the town of Freedom or to pick them up. The Building Permit Committee
has provided a general guideline for this process, which is available
at the Registration Office. Most questions
regarding specifications for a particular project can be found in
the Use Regulations. If you have any questions regarding the permit
process, you should direct them to the Committee or Management.
